Who is this for?
You are looking to gain muscle and/or lose fat, and create a healthy relationship both with your body and with food through the process. You need help optimizing your nutrition to create sustainable eating habits and get off the chronic dieting train. Nutrition coaching for busy moms means I'll be meeting you where you're at and helping you learn how to navigate the colourful world of food all by yourself with confidence (and extra grace for the days you have to order pizza).
As quite the avid baker with a giant sweet tooth myself, my approach is all about making informed choices so you feel in control of your own health. Sometimes having the cheesecake is absolutely the right decision for you! But let's get you choosing the cheesecake instead of being a slave to it.
Includes:
Weekly 15 minute check-ins through Zoom to figure out what's working and what isn't
Nutrition guidance and accountability
Realistic goal setting either weekly or monthly depending on your needs
Education that will help you thrive and make better choices on your own
Access to your trainer via text Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

I’d never had a trainer before so when I started, I was worried about spending all this time and money and not seeing a difference. I often lost confidence in the past when the scale didn’t change, but Jen helped me see the many fitness victories that weren’t just on the scale. She also regularly took measurements to help me see changes in my body.
I have begun to lose fat now, and I see a difference when I look in the mirror. I can lift heavier than I would ever have been brave enough to do by myself, and I feel my muscles getting bigger and more defined. The biggest accomplishment however is my energy difference. It’s been such a drastic improvement! Before, I would spend a day doing physical activities then come home and be too drained to do anything else other than watch TV - Now I have energy to actually work on projects and other hobbies. I feel more confident in the gym, go more often on my own, and have a good idea on goals and what to work on when I am there. -Jenna
