1-on-1 Personal Training
Who is this for?
You want to learn proper strength training techniques and are looking for a customized workout program to fit your health and fitness goals. You want to pick a professional's brain on how to keep your workouts interesting and effective. You're happy with your weight and your relationship with food, but you're looking for help staying physically active, preventing injury, or bridging the gap between injury or postpartum rehabilitation and getting back to a normal fitness routine. You want to gain education that will prepare you to exercise safely and effectively all on your own.
Includes:
60 minute in-person training 1-4 times per week
Customized exercise programming for your in-person sessions
If training 2 or more times a week, full exercise programming for your training days without me is included.
Optional add-ons:
Full exercise programming for $100 per month (if only training 1 session per week) Full exercise program is included if you are training 2 or more sessions per week.
Not Included:
Nutrition guidance and touch bases throughout the week
$70 per session
5% Alberta tax rate not included in above pricing
